The Young Professional Alliance
The Young Professional Alliance (YPA) is a not for profit association of professional and industry organisations whose activities cater to professionals aged 18-40 working in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and surrounding region. The YPA brings together a wide range of organisations and individuals within the ACT to foster synergies between them and to support the professional development of the regions young professionals.
The goals of the YPA are:
1. Promote and support the activities of young professional organisations in the ACT region;
2. Support the long-term commitment of young professionals to the ACT;
3. Provide the opportunity for young professionals to expand their networks and professional development opportunities.
There are no fees to join the YPA and our membership is made up of young professional and related organisations. We also will provide the opportunity for individuals to participate on projects or to assist with their expertise. Interested companies, associations and government agencies who wish to engage the young professional community will find the YPA an efficient mechanism to do so as well as exploring possible synergies and cross promotion to mutual benefit. For more information please visit the YPA website at: www.ypa.net.au .
